5 c. frozen diced hash brown potatoes
1 ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped chives
1 t. salt
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In 3-quart baking dish, stir all ingredients until well combined.
Bake for 45 minutes, then raise oven temperature to 450 F. and bake 15 minutes longer.
