Rainbow Waffles

2 eggs, whites and yolks separated

2 t. vanilla extract

1 c. buttermilk

1/4 c. butter melted

1 c. all-purpose flour

1 1/2 t. baking powder

1/2 t. baking soda

1 1/2 sugar

1/4 t. salt

food coloring

cooking spray

whipped cream

Preheat a round Belgian waffle iron.
