Aunt Goody's Fried Chicken

raw, wet chicken pieces

Italian seasoned bread crumbs

optional: onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika


Preheat oven to 350 F.

Shake wet chicken and bread crumbs with optional spices in a paper or plastic food bag.

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 35 - 50 minutes, depending on portion size.
