Apple Crisp

5 - 6 medium apples

1 c. flour

1 c. sugar

1 egg

1 stick margarine

cinnamon, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Cut apples into wedges, and arrange around the bottom of a greased 8-in. baking pan.

Mix flour, sugar and egg, and spread over apples.

Melt margarine, and pour over contents of pan.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
