Salmon Without the Smoke Alarm

6-oz. fillet of salmon

olive oil

lemon juice

kosher salt

Preheat oven to 275 F.

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with olive oil.

Place fish skin-side down, rub the top with olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt.

Bake until the thickest part of the fish can be pierced with a fork, about 25 - 30 minutes.
