Rhubarb Sauce

Eat, Darling, Eat

2 c. chopped rhubarb

1/2 c. sugar

optional: sliced strawberries


Combine rhubarb and sugar in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat and stir frequently until tender and slightly thickened, about 5 - 10 minutes.

Add optional strawberries.
